Sang et Or Rosé

Best served chilled at 10°C to accompany deli meats, Catalan specialities, tapas, cold starters and mixed salads.
A deep pink colour.
The nose reveals the tang of soft red fruit such as raspberry and strawberry.
On the palate, it is complex, distinguished and fresh, with a hint of violets.
VINIFICATION AND MATURING
The grapes are picked by hand, destemmed and placed in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The juice is drawn off very rapidly to avoid extracting too much colour. The musts are left to rest for 48 hours with cold settling before being fermented at low temperature.
The wine is aged in vats to keep all its freshness and then in bottles for a few months before marketing.
