To be enjoyed at 10-12°C as an aperitif or to accompany fish, white meat or even fresh cheese.
A lovely lemon yellow colour shot through with green flashes.
The fresh, complex nose reveals aromas of grapefruit and orange.
This Sang et Or offers plenty of distinction and length on the palate, with mineral and fruity nuances and aromas of white flowers, underlining all its crisp freshness.
VINIFICATION AND MATURING
The grapes are hand-picked once they have reached their optimal ripeness and delicately crushed in a pneumatic press as soon as they are brought into the cellar. They are left to rest for 48 hours with cold settling prior to the alcoholic fermentation conducted at low temperature in stainless steel vats.
Upon completion of the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is aged in vats until the following spring.
